AI assistant features

Some of our apps (such as Bloc, Mail Hub, MultiMail, and MultiMessenger) include optional AI-powered features like email summarization, translation, or reply generation. These features are provided through trusted third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI) to enhance your productivity. When using these features:

Your selected text or email content is only sent to a third-party AI service when you explicitly request it, such as by clicking a button like “Summarize” or “Generate Reply”;
We do not store or retain the content you provide or the responses generated by the AI;
Your data is not used for training AI models or for analytics purposes;
All AI interactions are initiated by you, and no automatic processing of your emails occurs.

AI features are free to use with usage limits. For unlimited usage, users can upgrade to a premium plan. Even then, use remains subject to a Fair Use Policy (FUP) to ensure fair and stable access for all users.

User Rights and Controls

Data Access, Correction, and Deletion: Registered users can access, update, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting us. Deletion of an account will also cancel any active premium subscriptions.
