How to Request a Refund
Just email us at support@getbloc.appwith your purchase details. We'll handle it promptly.
Once a refund is processed:
- Access to premium features is revoked.
- Refunds are issued via our payment provider Lemon Squeezy LLC to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting us, access to all premium features will be immediately revoked. In some cases, we may also terminate the associated account to prevent abuse.
